Are US Citizens allowed to travel to Cuba?
US citizens may not travel as tourists to Cuba and must meet one of the eligibility requirements listed below:
Do I need a travel affidavit?
Yes. As part of the program, each traveler in the group will receive a travel affidavit and letter of sponsorship.
What are the passport requirements?
Must be valid for at least 6 months upon your return with 2 blank pages?
Is a Visa required?
Visas are required and is included as part of your trip cost.
What is the climate like in May?
The average temperature is 78 degrees with an average high of 88 degrees. Expect dry & sunny days.
What type of clothing should I bring?
Cuba is a warm country. Light clothing like t-shirts and shorts; walking shoes. Light jacket in the evenings.
Can I drink the tap water?
No. Always drink bottled.
Is it safe to travel in Cuba?
Yes however be cautious of pick pocketers and bag snatchers. Always safeguards valuables.
Do I need to exchange currency?
Currency must be exchanged and cash is required for all purchases. US dollars are not accepted. ATM's will not accept American debit cards.
Are credit cards accepted?
No credit cards associated with an American bank can't be used in Cuba. Cash only.
What immunizations are required for travel to Cuba?
Please go to the CDC website and check the Department of State website. Information is updated at both websites as needed.

In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your cancellation in writing.
Due to strict contractual agreement, no refunds will be granted after January 16, 2019.

Upon your request, we will provide a quote for travel insurance. However, you are required to ensure that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.

- All reservations are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is available at the single supplement rate.
- A complete Travel Application Form from all travelers, Credit Card Authorization Form, and a copy of the photo page of your passport is required.
- You may still reserve your spot without a passport, however a passport is required for travel.
